To simplify maintenance and repair, standard universal joints, hoses, filters and bearings are used for ready availability. IN THE PLANT |
Kawasaki designs and builds world-class wheel loaders with an established reputation for quality and reliability. The sales and service operations are headquartered in Kennesaw, GA near Atlanta, Fabrication and machine assembly takes place at the company's Newnan, GA plant. In addition, a number of components are also manufactured at the Newnan facility.
Skilled, trained assemblers work in teams to ensure that all systems are built to Kawasaki's stringent specification. Once assembled, every Kawasaki loader is subjected to rigorous testing prior to shipment, assuring that the machine arrives on-site ready to work. |
UNMATCHED PARTS AVAILABILITY |
| Kawasaki maintains an extensive inventory of parts in its Kennesaw, Georgia distribution center. The company's unique K-CARE network is a direct on-line information link to the parts warehouse, letting dealers dial in to check stock status and initiate an order instantly. A rapid response delivery gets the parts where they are needed anywhere in the Western Hemisphere. Each dealer also stocks a comprehensive inventory to service their local needs, keeping downtime to a minimum. |

PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES |
To assist customers in monitoring the performance of key loader components, Kawasaki offers the Kawasaki Loaders Early Warning (KLEW) program, a comprehensive fluid analysis program designed to measure the wear rates of major mechanical systems.
K-LINK, the Kawasaki global asset monitoring system, is a complete hardware, software, and network program designed to improve equipment management. Accessible 24 hours a day, management can run reports providing Kawasaki wheel loader location and operation. From a safety standpoint K-LINK will halt a hazardous situation from escalating. Fleet mangers will appreciate the ability to run scheduled reports or on-demand reports on all of their Kawasaki wheel loaders. From asset management features, to preventative maintenance features, K-LINK will provide equipment owners and managers with detailed information to keep their Kawasaki wheel loaders running at peak efficiency. |
